Offsides / DEA Spring Break Tour

2.28.09

March 7th starts the Offsides / DEA / The Golden Age spring break tour. Be sure to check out the dates above and if you live in the southeast, come and see us. DEA will have a few additional shows after these coming back to Florida, so be sure to check the myspace. Huge thanks to Amanda for such a great tour poster!

The Make or Break Discography CD is almost here. This is a short run of CDs just for us to release our last LP that never came out prior to our breaking up. If you want a copy, please make sure you pre-order it online. There are a total of four different covers with a total pressing of 100 to start with and only another 100 being pressed if we feel like it.

The V/A “Carry the Torch: A Tribute to Kid Dynamite” CD is just about done. The final mastering and test sequencing were just finished, so once that gets everyone’s approval, we should be moving forward and having a final release date as well as any additional news. Thanks for everyone’s patience on this release. Both Black Numbers Records and I are sorry it has taken so long, but dealing with 39 bands, art, mastering, other labels around the world and whatever else has been a long process. Thanks for your understanding and check out the myspace for additional updates on this release.

Thanks to everyone supporting the label, as always. Your continued support and kind words has been great.

Make or Break “Discography” LIMITED CD – PRE-ORDER

2.18.09

The Make or Break “Discography” CD goes up for pre-order today. The album will be limited to a low run release, starting with only 100 copies and only going past into 200 if needed. It is something we wanted to do as a band for fun and to release something limited. The CD will have four different covers, each with a different member of the band on it and pre-orders will include a gift. A limited shirt will also be popping up in the webstore soon to coincide with this release. The prospective ship date is March 17, so don’t miss out if you want to pick up a copy.

10% off weekend sale!

2.13.09

As a special “thank you” to everyone supporting as well as a trifecta weekend of Friday the 13th, Valentine’s Day and President’s Day, I am doing a 10% off sale on everything in the webstore. Use the coupon code “VORHEES” to save on everything, including new merch, packages and specialty items like the Kill Your Idols polos.

Additionally, the Kid Dynamite “Tribute” CD/LP V/A Carry The Torch: A Tribute to Kid Dynamite is coming close to completion and looks like will have an official release of June 9th. This might change a little, more than likely to an earlier date if anything, but that is tentatively what is being planned right now for the CD version. New artwork has been put together by Matt Cantwell (No Harm Done) and the last song was just submitted. Check out the awesome track listing.

I should have a ton of new release updates coming up including a Paint it Black 7″, Violent Children “Discography”, Make or Break “Discography”, Choices Made and Big Sniff. Keep an eye out.

On a personal note, at 24 I have started to skateboard again after eight years of not doing so. My roommate got me back into it and I am very much enjoying myself. I just got pop shuvits down again and did one on and off a curb. Impressed? I thought you would be…

Kill Your Idols Polo – Back In Stock!

2.06.09

After getting a lot of requests via email and in person, I have made some more Kill Your Idols “Skull” polo shirts in white. Additionally, I made a few in gray also just to change it up. For anyone that hasn’t seen these shirts before, they have an embroidered Kill Your Idols “Skull Logo” on the left chest. I am also pretty low on the Kill your Idols belts I made a while ago, so anyone that wants those, make sure you get them either from me or RevHQ, because I am not planning on making them again anytime soon.

Thanks for the continued support on the label from everyone. Things have been difficult with the economy lately and whatnot so the orders are especially appreciated and thank you for making this label possible to continue.
